At Lopp Law Firm, we have over 20 years experience as a CPA, MBA, Attorney, and Business Owner. We help owners of businesses at all stages develop and implement strategic growth plans, negotiate and close transactions, create and review contracts, handle litigation, conduct financial and other internal investigations, manage crisis, and document a clear succession plan.
In addition to business law, we also help individuals with wills, trusts, food allergies law and other legal needs.

S. Christopher Lopp is an attorney representing businesses and individuals throughout the State of Oklahoma. He advises businesses from their formation through their growth to their eventual sale, while also handling the transactions and litigation that arises in between, often acting as the company’s outside general counsel.
He is licensed to practice in State of Oklahoma Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Courts. Lopp is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association.,
