Christopher Lopp is an attorney representing businesses and individuals throughout the State of Oklahoma. He advises businesses from their formation through their growth to their eventual sale, while also handling the transactions and litigation that arises in between, often acting as the company’s outside general counsel. He is licensed to practice in State of Oklahoma Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Lopp is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association.

Chris has extensive transactional experience with both large and small companies, both on the side of the seller and the buyer, successfully working to negotiate terms, structure deals, perform due diligence, and close deals for a variety of transactions.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, he owned and operated his own business, which he successfully grew and eventually sold in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Chris is also a certified public accountant and frequently serves as an expert witness in the areas of business valuation, commercial damages and lost profits calculations, personal injury and wrongful death damages, FINRA arbitrations, and other economic damages. Chris Lopp holds a variety of professional designations in the fields of business valuation and financial forensics.
